This week I wanted to try a salty and sweet edible while also supporting a local economic empowerment applicant. I located Western Front in Cambridge and proceeded to purchase the Chroma Chocolate Covered Pretzels for review. I’m a big chocolate covered pretzel fan. This pretzel based treat was developed by Commonwealth Alternative Care and is available at Western Front and throughout the Commonwealth. I enjoyed my experience at Western Front and proceeded to head home where I could consume this promising edible. If you’re interested in supporting economic empowerment businesses, Western Front is definitely one to check out. Here is their website: https://www.westernfrontus.com/cambridge/
The Chroma edible packaging is mostly white which gives it a very clean and modern look in comparison with other edible brands. The packaging does a great job of being discreet while also providing a positive experience for the consumer. The minimal packaging allows the product to be easily enjoyed in both a medical or recreational setting.
While I was expecting a pretzel shaped treat to emerge upon opening the package, I was delighted to see a spherical shape which now peaked my interest in trying the edible. The pretzels themselves are spherical and then covered in chocolate. There were ten chocolate covered pretzels. Each chocolate pretzel had approximately 5 milligrams of THC bringing the package total to 50 milligrams of THC.
Each chocolate pretzel was fresh and crunched upon biting into it. The chocolate itself is a mixture of dark and milk chocolate and I can say for sure it was a great ratio. The flavor felt luxurious with the dark chocolate adding an heir of sophistication to the experience. These were easy to consume for me all in one sitting. The flavor of cannabis itself was minimal and was only apparent after consuming more than seven of the pretzels. The stone itself came on nice and slow and made my evening much more enjoyable. Overall this edible product was well done and tasted great. Chocolate covered pretzels fans will rejoice in this product as I did upon tasting it. These would be great even if they had no cannabis in them. Try these surprisingly sophisticated cannabis infused chocolate covered pretzels and you will not be disappointed.
